Loaded Chicken Breast - submitted by Kym Shelton:
"Generally, the longer you let the chicken sit in the marinade, the better it tastes. I let it sit overnight in a water-tight container in the cooler. I also suggest that you use the Perdue Perfect Portions chicken - it is already cut and flat enough for this recipe. Don't forget to have a napkin handy, because I guarantee your mouth will water once you try this!"

Are Holidays a Bad Time To Camp?

Labor Day weekend is popular as the last time for family to go camping before the kids return to school, if they haven't already. Consequently, campgrounds can become overcrowded, and due to holiday celebrating, they can be noisy and downright unruly. Management may be overwhelmed by it all. I enjoy the serenity of camping, so I avoid camping on holidays.">

Daphne's camping tips:

• Plan for all eventualities - extra food and water, insect repellent, and take along a few field guides especially if you have children. Help them learn about birds, weather, rocks, whatever they are interested in. Busy children are happy campers!
